Ferrovanadium
Uses:

Ferrovanadium (and other vanadium alloys) is widely used in metallurgy, aerospace, chemical and other industrial sectors. It is an important alloy additive in iron and steel industry. Vanadium can improve the steel strength, toughness, ductility and heat resistance High vanadium content low strength alloy steel (HSLA) is widely used in oil/gas pipelines, buildings, bridges and rail, pressure vessel and carriage frame, etc. It was also promoted in welding rod manufacturing industry in recent years.

The product quality standard implements national standard GB4139-87
Appearance quality

Block or powder. The surface of vanadium iron block should be smooth, there is no obvious non-metallic inclusions and rust spots in the cross section and surface.

picking

The product is packed in iron barrel and the net weight is 100kg each barrel.

Physical state
Ferrovanadium is supplied in blocks; the weight of the largest block should not exceed 8kg; the fragments can get through 10mm*10mm sieve should not exceed 3% of the whole amount.
