Uses:

Ferroniobium is an alloy composed of niobium and iron, mainly used as high temperature alloy additive as well as the additive of stainless steel welding rod and carbon alloy steel. Ferroniobiun is used as alloy agent in metallurgical industry. Currently, it is mainly used in smelting high temperature heat-resistant (alloy and stainless steel). Niobium can refine the tissue and prevent the crystal grain growth in high temperature thus improve the strength of ally and steel in normal temperature, especially in high temperature. Niobium is prone to produce stable carbide with carbon, thus could eliminate the negative impact of carbide chromium deposit on stainless steel, Improve the steel corrosion resistance and welding performance. Ferroniobium also often used as the coating in stainless steel welding rod production.

It is delivered or supplied in blocks or power. The weight of the largest ferroniobiun block should not exceed 8kg; the amount of fragment with the size less than 20mm*20mm should not exceed 5% of the total amount.
